Your Purpose

  • Manage End2end the Customer Engagement Plans

  • transforming inputs of Brand’s and Zone teams into profitable local channel plans.

  • Design and implement the Commercial Policy and ensure a consistent Implementation across country’s sub-regions and customers, focusing on accelerating our boost brands market share, profitably.


️ What you'll do

  • Design and Execute the Go to Market strategy:

  • Review and implement the Customer Segmentation, investment allocation and growth Plan.

  • Desing, Innovate and implement with excellence in mind the Commercial & Trade Strategy.

  • Build Engagement and Strategic Relationship with our Key Customers.

  • Provide through a field-based Team, Strategic Intelligence to inform strategy and execution.

  • Win the HCP Recommendation& Deliver execution of Sell out plans.

  • Inspire, Lead and Develop the Sales Team:

  • Foster the development of the“Challenger mindset”to drive sell-out driven profitable results.

  • Promote a sell-out driven performance culture.

  • Identify the full range of required capabilities, skills, toolsto win in the market.

  • Develop an externally focused and customer obsessed mindset, to become the Customer’s preferred strategic partner.

  • Promote acollaborative and open relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Customer Planning

  • Contribute to Demandplanning and Forecast Accuracy

  • Ensure we have aset of fit for purpose tools (CRM System, Image Recognition Software & Communication) to efficiently execute, monitor and improve performance.

  • Have full ownership of Sell in & Sell out (SISO) Target delivery

Key working relationships 

  • Play a leading role in the Country Leadership Team.

  • Work closely with Trade & Revenue Manager, Supply Chain and Customer Care Team, Sales Force Excellence Team, Medical and Regulatory Team, Shopper and Brand Teams, HCP Engagement Team.

💪 Your profile

  • Education: Business or scientific background, Bachelor degree, MBA is a plus

  • Skills & experience:

  • Solid Experience in Sales / Trade Marketing

  • Experience in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG companies, with proven track record in driving results and leading commercial Teams.

  • Ability to design Customer / Channel Strategy, Commercial Policy and Customer Engagement plans.

  • Strategic Commercial thinking and Excellence in execution

  • Passion for People Leadership and Development.

  • Can-do attitude, Challenge the status quo mindset, Innovative and Entrepreneurial.

  • Ability to navigate change and act as a change agent.

  • Well organized and structured, strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven decisions.

  • Strongcommunication and presentation skills in both German and English.

For this position, the minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €2,707; depending on individual qualifications, there is a willingness to pay more.
