iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission of:

Neurology & Rheumatology Marketing and Strategy Manager - VIE contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/07/2024

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgets and provide support for sales analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in launching the new neurology commercial department in Japan, contributing to the development of operational strategies and structures.
• Contribute to annual brand planning to ensure effective launch readiness.
• Provide support for various marketing tactics and strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including medical, market access, and others, as well as the global brand team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 year of experience in marketing or data science fields, with a strong background in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Fluency in both English and Japanese, with a deep respect for Japanese culture.
• Demonstrates a purpose-driven, patient-centric mindset with a commitment to achieving goals.
