What you can contribute?

• 负责现场制药设备AW超高速离心机、灭菌柜、Beckman 离心机、清洗机等工艺设备维护/改进。

Responsible for the maintenance/improvement of pharmaceutical equipment on site, including  AW Ultracentrifuge、 autoclave ，Beckman Centifuge ，washing machine，and other process equipment.

• 负责设备软件程序（如PLC和HMI）和计算机化设备的数据完整性（DI）

Response for the software program (such as PLC and HMI) of equipment and DI of computerized equipment.

• 负责设备备件日常清查及申请，并在预算范围内控制成本

Responsible for the daily inventory and application of equipment spare parts, and control costs within the budget.

• 对设备维护、维护管理、技术改进提供合理化建议, 为资本支出项目提供技术支持，提升团队整体能力

Provide reasonable proposal for equipment maintenance, maintenance management, technical improvement, technical support for CAPEX project, enhance the overall team capability.

2. 质量要求Quality requirement

• 与E&M部门、生产部门、质量部门、供应商等协调，积极合作实现质量目标

Coordinate with E&M department, production department, quality department, vendors, etc., for cooperation to achieve the positive quality goal.

• 确保各种活动，包括工艺协议、安装、操作和认证，符合cGMP合规要求。

Ensure actions， including the technical protocol, installation, operation and qualification，meet  the compliance with cGMP.

• 起草或审查SOP，项目URS和验证协议。

Draft or review SOPs, project URS & validation protocol.

• 处理事件、CAPA 和变更控制流程

Apply incident, CAPA and change control processes.

3. 综合节能Energy saving General

• 支持节能并给予积极反馈

Support the development of energy-saving projects and give positive feedback.

• 参与和执行节能。

Participate in and implement energy-saving projects. 

4. 项目跟进Project follow up

• 参与新设备安装调试和验证

Participate in the new machine installation commissioning and validation.

• 在部门主管的协调下，提出相关文件、机器故障分析、年度审查和处理方法。

Response for raising the related document、machine trouble analysis、annual review and make up treating method under the department supervisor coordination.

• 参与承包商维修活动，监控维修过程和进度，确保维修质量

Participate the contractor maintenance activity, monitor the process and schedule to ensure the maintenance quality.

5. 其他Others

• 跟进工厂设备的执行和持续改进。

Follow up the execution and continuous improvement of plant equipment.

• 遵守 HSE 并确保 HSE 合规性。

Comply with HSE and ensure HSE compliance.

• 支持主管的工作要求或特殊安排。

Support the Supervisor’s work requirement or special arrangement.

What you should have?

• 专业：机械制造及自动化、工业电气、自动化、机械与电气等相关专业，本科及以上学历。有制药设备维修工作经验者优先考虑。

Major: mechanical manufacturing and automation，industry electrical and automation, mechanical and electrical, and other related majors， bachelor or above. Work experience of pharmaceutical equipment will be considered preferentially.

• 具有机电工程常识、熟悉电气接线图/机械图。

General knowledge of mechanical and electrical works, safety rules and wiring diagram/machine drawing reading.

• 善于使用西门子PLC和HMI等自控软件进行程序调试和故障查找。

Good at using automatic control software such as Siemens PLC and HMI, for program commissioning and fault finding

• 熟悉GMP相关知识

Familiar with GMP related knowledge.

关键技术能力以及其他软技能Key technical competencies and soft skills:

• 熟悉使用office、CAD、PLC等办公软件

Familiar with office software such as office, CAD, PLC, etc.

• 英语读写能力，口语进行基本交流

English reading and writing skills, basic oral communication

• 具备较强的问题分析、判断及解决能力

Possess strong problem analysis, judgment and resolution ability

• 工作认真、敬业、善于团队合作、乐于接受新知识。

Must be conscientious, dedicated and a good team work, open to new knowledge.
