Main responsibilities:

  • In charge of the strategic partnership management of CR group and Sanofi. Taking charge of (not limited to) joint business plan and growth strategy alignment, commercial terms negotiation, daily business delivery management, customer penetration & engagement etc.
  • Goal to deliver growth target in stra-plan for CR group in coming 5 years and as well as BOI improvement. Manage JV with CR group in a controllable impact.
  • Managing a multi-function team to deliver a holistic joint value creation with our partner.
  • Build our strong coverage in Hospital channel, HCP engagement and drive our commerce network to serve our coverage efficiently (operation under our GSP infrastructure).
  • Building Ess as No.1 Liver Care brand, and expand to other portfolio in hospital channel, eg. Allegra/Muco. Smartly managing market assess execution and bidding lincluding VBP across provinces.
  • Develop team expertise on hospital coverage strategy,HCP management pyramid, and commerce partner management.
  • Collaborate with internal cross functional team to support business ambition, eg. Science, Supply Chain, Brand and Innovation, Finance etc.

About you 

  • Someone with 10 years of relevant industry expertise in hospital/KA and trade commercial team management.
  • Good leadership and collaboration in customer management P&L mindset Internal influence and engagement Team management (5-10people will report to this role).
  • Very good business-level speaking in English will be required to be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues outside China. Still, at the same time you need to be fluent in Chinese to do business in China market.
