Our Team:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to bring high energy, a results-oriented focus, and a collaborative spirit to our Europe & Latin America Consumer Healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will support the EULA CHC Head, partner with the full EULA Leadership Team, and play a key role in driving growth and shaping the culture of CHC throughout the EULA region.

What does the team you will be joining look like?

Comprising over 1600 individuals across Europe and Eurasia, you will be an integral part of our CHC regional journey. Your role will involve close collaboration with the EULA CHC Head and their Leadership Team, including Country General Managers, as well as with teams that support other CLT members who report to the Global Head of CHC.


Main responsibilities:

  • Agenda Management:Actively support the EULA CHC Head by identifying and prioritizing agenda items and ensuring their successful execution.

  • Leadership Coordination:Facilitate decision-making and information sharing within the organization by coordinating the EULA Leadership Team and implementing top-tier governance practices.

  • Meeting Organization:Keep the EULA Leadership Team’s priorities aligned by organizing and preparing for team meetings, offsite gatherings, and strategic committees, as well as tracking action items from leadership meetings.

  • Team Dynamics:Encourage a collaborative environment within the leadership team, creating opportunities for discussion and exchange.

  • Office Management:Oversee the EULA CHC Office/Agenda to guarantee efficient time management, focusing on organizational priorities.

  • Calendar Coordination:Maintain an up-to-date EULA CHC calendar that reflects the organization’s evolving priorities, including ELT meetings, events, country visits, and internal and external engagements.

  • Communication Support:Assist with the EULA CHC Head’s internal and external communications, including preparing for key meetings and organizing town halls.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:Build bridges within the EULA CHC Teams and across the broader CHC organization, collaborating with CLT members’ offices and other GBUs/Corporate Functions as needed.

  • Project Leadership:Take the lead or coordinate essential projects for EULA CHC and liaise with broader organizational projects requiring input from GBUs/Corporate Functions.

About you

  • You are a seasoned Executive Assistant with a track record of supporting top-tier stakeholders. Your assertiveness and ability to tactfully decline requests, coupled with your resourcefulness, set you apart.

  • With extensive international experience in event organization, you demonstrate strong project leadership and the proven capacity to coordinate teams effectively.

  • As a cross-functional collaborator and a robust team player, you excel in managing sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

  • Your exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills are matched by your adeptness in project management.

  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous situations with minimal guidance, you possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • You are adept at fostering relationships and collaborating at all organizational levels.

  • Your ambition drives you to continuously learn and grow, with aspirations to advance into future business or functional roles.

  • Proficiency in English is essential, while fluency in French and other languages is advantageous.
