Main responsibilities:

  • Defines brand equity, brand positioning and LT plan, leveraging inputs from ZBL on consumer & shopper insights, demand analysis, competitive intel., content strategy
  • Defines brand assets (logos, typography, taglines, etc.)
  • Defines the global brand campaign strategy (timing, positioning, budget)
  • Lead a cross-functional dialogue to get alignment on the brand strategy by developing respective functional tactical plans meeting the strategic imperatives of the brand.
  • Focal point of contact responsible for A&P allocation and follow-up of the brand global budget.
  • Measure the success of the communication mix in key countries and take action to ensure its effectiveness (MMM).
  • Leads the content creation and orchestrate the E2E experience plan.
  • Lead, develop, implement a portfolio support model, including but not restricted to media, A&P that can help achieve brand vision and bring to life new brand architecture.
  • Tracks monthly brand performance (actuals & KPIs, on marketing & financials aspects) and support Global Head & Zone leads to achieve objectives on market share, sales volume growth, brand equity, and brand health.
  • Build strong, strategic partnerships with global creative and media agencies.
  • Identification and Development of new Geographies for expansion.

About you

We are in search of a dynamic Global Brand Lead who will be the driving force behind our brand strategy and growth initiatives for Initiv. A candidate who not only possesses a deep understanding of global branding fundamentals but also brings along an entrepreneurial mindset and a founder's mentality. In this role, you will need to think like a visionary entrepreneur, seizing opportunities, and driving this innovation to set our brand apart in a competitive space. Your ability to take ownership, foster a culture of creativity, and lead with determination will be essential in propelling this brand to new horizons. We're seeking someone who can create & infuse the brand strategies with a sense of passion, vision, and determination, ultimately embodying the spirit of a true brand founder.

  • Education: Graduate degree in marketing or business +MBA
  • Experience: 5+ years of senior level marketing, brand strategy experience or similar role in OTC or FMCG.
  • International experience
  • Extensive experience and strong track record in strategic and operational marketing including insight generation and activation
  • Specialized knowledge/others
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, experience leading client meetings, analytical and problem-solving mindset, creative and compelling storyteller, Strategic thinker and excellent presentation skills, team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities
