In this context, we are looking for an apprentice that will be part of the Marketing Excellence team and join us in driving the capability learning agenda for the marketers of the future by contributing through a balance of responsibilities on daily operations governance and multi-channel content creation that will engage our global marketing community via smooth learner experience.

Your responsibilities :

  • Marketing Excellence learning platform – CHC MEx Hub Management [45%]
    • Effectively manage user access, permissions, and navigation within our MEx Hub for our marketing community
    • Being able to learn and master the back-office administration of the MEx Hub
    • Proactively update and maintain platform content to ensure accuracy and optimal learner experience
    • This role requires direct working with the MEx Operations Lead and the main platform service partner

  • Content Creation per MEx Communications Strategy [45%]
    • Develop compelling and informative written content/copies
    • Co-create the content for internal communications via traditional and novel communications tools and channels (i.e. CRM emailing platform, videos, banners, etc).
    • This role requires direct working with the MEx Operations Lead and the main communications service providers

  • Support to MEx Team Projects’ Management [10%]
    • Contribute to our Podcast channel, crafting the interview scripts and editing the final audios.
    • Actively participate in ad-hoc projects, demonstrating initiative to lead, manage, or support various tasks as assigned.
    • Embrace an agile work style and adapt fast to evolving priorities.
    • This role requires agility in working with the MEx Head, Operations Lead and the rest of team members as required

Your profile :

  • You are looking for a 24-months internship starting in Aug/Sep 2024 as part of a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing, Design, or [Digital]Communications provided by a Business School or a University.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; French is a plus.
  • Prior experience in communications (content creation in writing, design via school or internship projects) is highly desirable.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop new skillsets such as the creative usage of tool Canva.
  • Possess a proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Openness to working collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse team setting.
