Our Team:
You will be working in a highly-dynamic Global brand strategy team that consists of marketing professionals with different career and cultural backgrounds. You will have a unique opportunity to work on a new brand launch in Body Pain in Consumer Healthcare in cross-functional teams, having a wide range of responsibilities and a chance to contribute into building the new purpose-led consumer-inspired brand with your own hands. 
Internal team: Countries teams, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, Finance, Innovation, Digital,  Consumer/Market Insights
External team: Communication & design agencies, digital agencies

Your main responsibilities:
As the Marketing Assistant of the Global Body Pain brand team, you will lead the execution of assigned marketing projects, as part of a team and independently, to deliver upon brand strategies and objectives, in close relationship with the internal and external stakeholders (global cross-functional teams, local brand teams, agencies).
You will be exposed to wide spectrum of marketing which will allow the development of core brand building & development skills to grow in marketing strategy or brand development career paths.
The successful candidate would be highly motivated, eager to learn fast and hungry to deliver results by making a positive impact to the business. 

•  Support the Global Body Pain brand strategy team with the smooth execution of brand plans and selected brand building initiatives, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless implementation
•  Lead assigned marketing projects, including global digital assets development, global master text and artworks updates, global campaign execution, consumer research, internal communication 
•  Support the brand team in product innovation pipeline development, incl. product concept development
•  Own the global brand web-site – the ‘go-to’ person for its development & enhancement
•  Lead key process and tasks management for the brand team, incl. weekly team’s connects
•  Approve and manage the promotional comms materials
•  Organize event activities, including internal & external events, launch/PR activities and customer/partner activities etc.

You will be able to develop true end-to-end consumer marketing and product innovation management skills with a highly respected global multinational company.  Through a dynamic and diverse environment, we provide you with opportunities to develop your skills, achieve your goals, and contribute to breakthrough health innovations.
This is a fixed-term contract (12-24 months).

About you : 
Desired Profile :
-  1-2 years of professional experience, in marketing / brand building
-  Ideally Junior/Assistant Brand Management experience within FMCG / OTC / consumer healthcare companies;
-   Business/Marketing degree qualified, preferably Master’s;
- English professional fluency mandatory

Desired skills :
-  Dynamic, results-oriented individual with a "hands on" style
-  Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment
-  Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal
-  Ability to establish network fast. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-  Strong Project management skills - ability to multi-task & manage complex projects effectively
-  Can-do attitude, proactive and self-motivated
-  Competent in use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Power Point and Excel
