CV&T - District Manager - Beijing
1. Area Strategy Development
1)Understand Area market potential and develop business strategies for the entire Area (based on guidelines and directors from the Center);
2)Communicate company’s vision and mission to the sales staff in the Area;
2.Execution
1)To make sure Centrix based Territory Management systems to be applied efficiently and effectively to plan and control daily operations / executions within the Area;
2)Allocate Area supporting resources;
3)Control Area budget (sales budget, marketing budget, training budget, etc.);
4)Ensure compliance (SOP, company policies, etc.)
3. Performance Management
1) Ensure 100% achieve annual and quarterly target set for the area, and manage the sales phasing on monthly basis;
2) Lead to ensure people to behave according to the KPIs set by the BU;
3) Set good examples of high performer for the team to follow, and manage low performers according to company policy in timely manner;
4. People development
1) Recruit right people, retain good performer and develop continuously;
2) lead by example and walk the talk
3) establish solid performance culture in the team, and strengthen the notion of “never give up”
5. Others as assigned
