Sanofi Global Hub (Global Hub) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.

Main responsibilities:

  • The Associate Project Manager will set and develop the operational aspects of the project, develop, and monitor timelines, milestones and project metrics and is responsible for managing the Reach-Cost-Quality (RCQ) metrics from an operational perspective from the development and initiation phases through implementation and completion for every event for the predefined regions or countries.
  • Responsible for defining clear event objectives and RCQ goals for the country for a given duration of monitoring.
  • Develop a strategic plan to achieve RCQ goals, including reach targets, budget allocation, and quality standards per country.
  • Liaise with local and regional teams to collect data related to RCQ metrics during the event's lifecycle. Analyse data to assess performance and make data-driven decisions for event improvement in future events in that country., document lessons learned, and provide recommendations for future events.
  • In coordination with Business, based on the RCQ analysis, support prioritization and optimization of the events
  • Perform key RCQ projects tasks to ensure the progress, required documents are completed, ensure necessary approval steps are completed, manage documents on the relevant platform (Smartsheet, Veeva, etc…), evaluate digital platform for virtual meetings (Spot Me, Zoom, etc) follow-up with Procurement/Customer engagement teams. Present project overview, recommendation, and status update at management meetings.
  • Coordination with several functions such as Business, Events, Finance and Procurement and conduct periodic governance and status update meetings. Documentation of post RCQ meeting and drive actions, outcomes from the meeting.
  • Support executive level communication on RCQ status.
  • Create events calendars based on historical data and help building prospective calendar.
  • Analyse, monitor, and follow up RCQ KPIs (RCQ adoption, reach increase, % of saving achievement & BOI impact ….)
  • Developing a regular reporting mechanism to be disseminated to the stakeholders.
  • Proactively address resistance to change by identifying potential roadblocks and escalating them appropriately.

People:

Ensure alignment among team members and stakeholders regarding RCQ objectives and updating the metrics periodically.

Frequent communication with all stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and attendees.

Support team initiatives and objectives, identify and recommend process improvements and other value-added initiatives. Being a Change Ambassador: Champion a culture of change by supporting stakeholders to embrace changes and adopt new WoW. 

Performance:

Effective and efficient management of assigned projects to complete projects on time and, where applicable, on budget

Effective management of multiple projects in parallel

Process:

Develop strong understanding of the ways of working of procurement team along with other functional teams and associated deliverables meeting stakeholder expectations.

Drive effective collaboration with stakeholders to understand their requirements and to propose solutions in-line with their expectations.

Responsible for project planning, executing and closure on time, within scope, and according to plan within the requested quality specifications.

Uses broad knowledge of project management techniques and methods, and discernment to decide the most appropriate techniques and methods for each project.

Drives project governance meetings with various stakeholders, vendors, logistics and digital team etc. and execute effective coordination to track and monitor the progress of the projects.

Ability to work independently to deliver on the assigned tasks with ownership and delivering as per the requirements.

Stakeholders:

Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate internal work and communications.

About you

  • Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience with project management experience within pharmaceutical and data management industry
  • Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and Influencing skills, Good Analytical and communication skills, change management skills, project management background.
  • Technical skills: MS office (including Teams, SharePoint), project management tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI
  • Education: Graduate/postgraduate
  • Languages: High proficiency in written and spoken English
