In our dynamic Brand Performance team, we seek an innovative and committed Brand Performance Manager. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial and brand health across local markets, driving profitability, and setting the direction for long-term brand ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the P&L for brands within local markets, optimizing profitability.
  • Craft and implement long-term brand strategies to enhance market share and brand preference.
  • Foster brand affinity, health, and positive imagery among consumers.
  • Contribute to brand budgeting processes, focusing on net sales and marketing spend, while also establishing performance metrics.
  • Monitor brand performance monthly at the country level, devising action plans when necessary.
  • Engage in monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to ensure brand objectives are met.


Brand Strategy:

  • Develop strategic brand pillars and business goals based on insights from local consumers, shoppers, and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Analyze and leverage consumer, shopper, and HCP journeys to influence brand selection.
  • Create a localized shopper strategy, identifying the most effective channel segmentations and activations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to define our brand's unique propositions.
  • Set local market pricing in alignment with global guidelines and work closely with the Trade Marketing Team on channel strategies.
  • Devise a local HCP engagement strategy and define the New Product Development (NPD) roadmap.


Brand Management:

  • Tailor and manage brand campaign strategies to meet local market nuances.
  • Adapt brand assets and content to resonate with local audiences, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the brand's budget and execution of localized marketing initiatives based on consumer insights.
  • Offer insights on innovation projects to stay ahead in the market.

About You

  • Experienced in managing brand performance, with a deep understanding of international markets.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies.
  • Excellent in communication and collaboration, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Agile and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to navigate multi-country operations effectively.
