iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the role:

The "Operational Planning and Capacity Management" (OPCM) team for "R-TMED" provides support to the Pre-clinical and Translational Medicine Early Development departments in the planning of pre-clinical studies and support for clinical development, in the estimation of workloads and capacity management.

The mission will take place within the R-TMED OPCM team, reporting to the Head of the Pre-clinical OPCM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management and planning, and, in addition, will be responsible for developing Business Intelligence reporting tools using the TABLEAU application.

In close collaboration with the project teams, you will be required to carry out the following activities:

In support of the different pre-clinical departments and the project management:

  • Develop new reporting and data analysis tools, participate in testing and validation of reports developed in the TABLEAU application.
  • Extract workloads (FTEs) or costs per year and per department, carry out quality controls on resource and cost allocations as well as quarterly reporting.
  • During this mission, you will be required to collaborate mainly with the R-TMED OPCM team, Business Intelligence team and the Administration team of the RDPM (Business Solution Management).

To ensure a good integration, a training phase in business rules, tools and internal processes will be implemented.

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences:

  • Master’s Degree in Health Engineering, Computer Science, or similar scientific field.
  • At least 1 year of full-time work experience related to the position.
  • Skills in databases and data analysis.
  • Mastery of Excel (i.e., creation of pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Planisware® would be a great plus.
  • Professional English (oral/written).
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Knowledge of pre-clinical and clinical development would be a plus.
  • Autonomy, rigor, organization, adaptability, curiosity.
  • Strength of proposal, pragmatic, team spirit.
