JOB PURPOSE

Develop and implement the supply chain strategy for CHC Czech Rep and Slovakia

Ensure availability of CHC products towards all our customers / channels of distribution.

Accountable of the right execution and performance of the “Order to Cash” and IBP processes.

Manage organisation effectiveness & develop a SC Team covering Customer Care, Distribution, IBP

and Artwork. Committed to deliver expected results and reach Best in Class standard

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Supply Chain Strategy

· Upon the Global & Europe SC CHC strategy, define the orientation & execution plan for his/her

perimeter

· Support the development of new SC services to the Business (ie e-commerce)

IBP process

· The CHC SC Lead CZ and SK will drive the implementation of IBP in CZ and SK markets, ensure

process alignment, adherence and maturity in both markets, and propel continuous performance

improvement on key metrics (service, forecast accuracy, inventory, destruction).

· The successful candidate will facilitate medium- and long-term business and operations planning on a

24-36 months horizon, working in close coordination with local and regional teams in M&S, Finance,

Commercial, Regulatory and Quality, as well as with Global COEs.

· The CHC SC Lead CZ and SK will be responsible for leading the monthly Country IBP meeting based

on local and zone IBP outcomes to drive decisions required at country level to achieve our business

and strategic targets. He/She will also work closely with the CHC CEE IBP Head in preparing for the

regional IBP meeting

Customer Care

· Fully Monitor the « Order to Cash » process for the CHC CZSK portfolio: reach best in class Customer

Care for all channels of distribution from order taking (incl. integration in our systems) till the

customer goods receipt.

· Manage the customer relationship through an efficient process to treat all Customer Claims

· Manage the product availability information to our external stakeholders · Coordinate with the 3PLs the execution of the physical product flows towards our customers respecting the customer service levels (quality & Leadtime)

Team Management and Support to the operations

· Ensure the Team is qualified and properly coached to achieve their objectives · Contribute actively to organization effectiveness and Talent development · Implement SC Best Practices · Transversal coordination with Key stakeholders (IA, Distribution, Quality, Regulatory, etc)

EDUCATION BACKGROUND

· Master’s Degree from a Business or Engineering school with certification in Supply Chain or

Logistics(advantage).

· From 4 to 6 years’ experience in Supply Chain in FMCH/FMCG or similar Pharmaceutical industry withproven results

TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

· Strong supply chain operational experience in Supply Chain covering Distribution / Customer

· Care and Integrated Business Planning(IBP)

· Proven Leadership skills to partner with and managing a diversified Team

· Good knowledge of distribution flows and best Practices (downstream & upstream)

· Experience in Project management and Crisis Management

· Good interactions with internal and external Key stakeholders

· Knowledge of Internal Control Processes

· Autonomous, proactive, accountable

· Complete fluency in Czeck /Slovak and English
