iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for: Supply Chain Specialist - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/11/2021

As Supply Chain Specialist VIE you will :

• Be responsibility for ensuring that all data is maintained and available when required

• Communicate and coordinate requirements of other departments e.g. for Material Review Board (MRB)

• Ensure minimal inventory write-offs through a robust MRB process

• Maintain excellent Customer and Stakeholder relationships

• Adhere to all safety requirements where applicable

• Produce Monthly Materials Inventory KPIs, Dashboard, Presentation & Reports

• Be responsible for nonworking inventory from supply chain perspective in area (MRB)

• As requested, create & issue Inventory Reports & Graphs for various forums

• Identify & suggest ways of improving Inventory control processes

• Ensure that Artwork changes potential write offs are know in advance to ensure that they can be minimized

• Review and sign off Disposition Notes in accordance with the latest SAL – Service Agreement Level 

• Maintain all required Quality documents in a current &compliant state

• Maintain compliance (incl. SOX - Sarbanes Oxley ) as required

• Ensure data integrity of Item Master & Inventory data byrunning monthly check

• Troubleshooting for Materials

• Back up support for Business Planners and Supply Chain Specialists

• Materials Projects participation when required

• Actively participate in the Company’s Lean Programme

• Ensure Materials managed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)Compliance Related Tasks

• Compliance with Quality System Requirements for Supply Chain

• Manufacturing Resource Planning II (MRPII) Class A Metrics

• Ensure compliance to cGMP at all times

Working Relationship

• Interfaces with personnel from all departments

• Key Contacts: Internal: All Materials Personnel, Team Leaders, Finance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quantity Survey, Manufacturing, Packaging, Development & IT External: Corporate materials

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences

Qualifications

• Recognised third level qualification, preferably Irish Institute of Purchasing and Materials Management, IPICS or business related qualification

• Proven track record in a materials role

Experience

• At least 1 year of Supply Chain Management Experience within an operations environment preferable

• Inventory background would be beneficial

• Lean experience desirable

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent communication skills

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP SAP) systems / Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems SAP / Kinaxis

• Microsoft Office experience, with especially strong Excel knowledge

• Strong administrative skills

• Planning and organisation skills

• Ability to support and challenge others Fluent English
