Sanofi Consumer Healthcare is engaged in a transformation from a strategic, organizational and investment aspect, which impacts all our current and future marketing and business activities. To help fuel this transformation, we are looking for a Salesforce Effectiveness Lead to join our Central Eastern Europe (CEE) team.
The role has primary responsibility for leading CEE SFE strategy, through implementation initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of sales teams. The SFE Lead spearheads a team of 2 people.
Person in this position will be exposed to a very dynamic environment, working in close partnership with local and zone team members.
Specifically, your responsibilities will be to
Lead Sales Operations excellence
- Establish governance to drive CEE sales operations excellence
- Design and implement WOW increasing the effectiveness of SF through regular complex analysis, optimization of business processes, and self-serviced tools
- Maintain best in class sales team performance tracking – to achieve our commercial objectives
- Lead annual and quarterly incentive bonus scheme setting in close cooperation with Finance Team, Customer Hub and Brand Team
- Support customer commercial targeting process, ensure correct targets and monitor performance
- Establish a network with customer Hub, Revenue Manager and Finance at zone and country level
- Building long-term and trust-based relationships with stakeholders and business partners
Maintain business analytics focusing on sales performance and customer analysis
- Provide business insights by dynamic reports based on the CRM system
- Provide coaching for users to how to generate insight from CRM
- Set clear expectations to support the CRM users
About you
- Strong business leader, with analytical mindset and acting attitude
- University degree in statistics/econometrics, economics/business administration
- At least 5-years background in SFE
- Deep understanding of incentives schemt which make sales teams drive perfect execution of business objectives
- Excellent Excel knowledge as a must
- Analytical and data quality controlling skills as a must
- Fluency in English language (written & spoken)
