• • The Medical Liaison role at Sanofi is forging unique partnerships with Health Care Professionals (HCP) based on mutual discovery of customer and company opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge. The position is to meet customers’ need for balanced and up to date information relating to the Sanofi Neurology portfolio which will ensure optimal management of patients. • The Medical Liaison team works closely with medical manager team to support the implementation of medical plan in the field and provide feedback from the field to continuously optimize the medical plan. • Collaborationwith key opinion leaders (KOLs) Developing and fostering excellent professional relationships with KOLs in the responsible territory. Serve as key company liaison in the field to KOLs to enhance scientific collaboration in clinical research, medical education, publication, etc. . Collect KOLs’ medical insights in Sanofi products and therapeutic area. Help to develop medical stratedgy for standard or better treatment in China. • Scientific communication with HCPs Contacting HCPs to respond their requests for information relating to Sanofi products, therapeutic area, or disease state in Neurology areas. Sharing information regarding new products or pipeline with HCPs in order to respond to an unsolicited query. This information may relate to the agent’s mechanism of action, relevant disease state information, or clinical trials. Providing product related training to regional speakers for Sanofi China sponsored Medical Education Meeting. Responding to unsolicited requests from hospital, healthcare organizations or payers for assistance in the development and design of their disease management and quality improvement initiatives that target unmet medical needs and relate to a Sanofi product or therapeutic area. Develop scientific communication materials (e.g. slides kit of hot topic, congress debrief, etc.) for medical liaisons usage following the review process in medical liaisons’ guideline. • Medical and scientific support to internal cross function teams Working closely with the regional BU colleagues, giving advice on the strategic and tactical regional based medical strategies, ensuring involvement and awareness of regional marketing and sales team. Providing scientific training and relevant answers to Marketing and Sales personnels regarding Sanofi products and relevant disease and its therapeutic areas. Participating in Sanofi China sponsored regional conference, providing advice on scientific contents, communicating medical information with speakers or chairmen, answering questions on Sanofi products with unbiased attitude. • Clinical trial support Supporting company sponsored and investigator sponsored clinical trials by facilitating trial related request in the field. • Compliance Ensure all activities are in strict compliance with local regulations, company policies and guidelines, including but not limited to Sanofi Code of Conduct, Good Promotional Practice Guidelines and Medical Liaison Guidelines.
