What you will be responsible for?
1.Responsible for CHC China domestic online channel Gross Sales delivery
2.Lead & manage the annual Strategy & Plan with CR999
Develop and align with CR999 on annual online operation strategy & plan, with clear business objectives (sell-in/sell-out/inventory) based on strong understanding of online consumer journey/ behavior and EC platform operation
Develop and align with CR999 on product, target consumer groups and pricing strategy, review and optimize it to maximize sales opportunity
Develop and align with CR999 on annual promotion and investment plan, incl. S& A type promotion, as well as daily promotion
Develop and align with CR999 on new online channel expansion plan and new operation model based on market and consumer trend
3. Lead & deliver online operation efficiency with CR999
Work closely with CR999 to ensure execution based on annual promotion plan and deliver all KPIs
Optimize operation, promotion, in-site resources investment, as well as product positioning& pricing by tracking and analyzing platform operation data with CR999 to deliver higher ROI
Support CR999 to develop new operation model and online channel expansion
Support marketing to develop digital campaign with suggestion on online consumer journey, rationale and platform feedback, and cooperate with CR999 to ensure in-site execution
Lead the communication with both internal and external supporting functions to get necessary support to sales delivery
4. Lead & drive commercial operation on online NPD launch with CR999
Align NPD 3-5 years target, online channel launching plan with CR999. And track the progress of all execution to meet launch timeline
Align forecast assumption with marketing, safety stock assumptions with supply chains. And support innovation team on other NPD launch preparation
Develop NPD commercial policy and get internal approval based on SOP
Lead the communication with CR999 on commercial policy and get alignment
CHC retail channel management lead & key dedicated supporting function teams: Finance, RA, Medical, Marketing and Supply chain
Contact Window of domestic online channel with IA, Supply Chain, Legal, Compliance
Contact Window of domestic online channel with CR999 EC operation and supporting team
Who you are?
At least 5 years working experience, pharmaceutical and FMCG industry is preferred.
At least 3 years working experience on e-commerce, experience of T-mall flagship store operation is preferred.
Familiar with China ecommerce market and business model, both in-site operation and out-site digital campaign
Familiar with T-mall platform’s game rules
Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills
Strong communication and negotiation skill, problem-solving skills, persistent and positive mind set, strong accountability and great team player
Good presentation skills, incl. PPT writing and in-person presentation
Fluent oral and writing English is a must
