The Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for managing day-to-day projects in support of the digital marketing team objectives. They will coordinate all activities with external and internal partners to ensure project objectives and key milestones are achieved as planned. Additionally, they will work closely with the Sanofi Pasteur product marketing team members to ensure that brand messaging and positioning are implemented across all digital tactics.
The Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for supporting digital marketing efforts. Specific responsibilities include:
Banner and Email Creation/Implementation
Gain a thorough understanding of brand strategies and tactical requirements
Support product marketing agencies with asset creation, ensuring adherence to digital best practices and Sanofi Pasteur standards
Support product managers with MLR submission and approval process
Launch assets into marketplace
Website content updates via admin toolset
Digital agency project management
Website analytics management
Analysis and communication of campaign level analytics
Creation and circulation of monthly, quarterly, etc. internal ecommerce reporting dashboards
Maintain logo database in support of disease awareness mobile applications
Coordination and development of multi-channel marketing campaigns
Assist with the launch of the Veeva CRM initiative and support future updates and enhancements on an ongoing basis
Keep up-to-date on digital marketing trends, tools, platforms, etc. and bring new ideas to the table for feasibility assessment/implementation
Assist with ITS platform testing efforts, including execution of test scripts, unit testing, etc.
Support the Digital Marketing team with other projects, tactics, etc.
BA/BS required preferably in one of the following disciplines: Marketing, Information Systems, and/or Business Management
2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
Digital agency and/or Pharmaceutical experience preferred
