To coordinate all administrative and customer interfacing activities required to provide analytical and strategic support to the Tender Lead that underpins commercial proposals, business operations and agreements in the Public and Private Sector via working with both internal and external parties.
In addition, the incumbent will also support the Tender Lead in the tendering process in the tender business (national, state, municipals, private and others) across the assigned TMS MCO countries via input in the Tender Tool. This includes submission development, database maintenance, business operations, tender documentations/administrative duties and tender utilization tracking, among others.
Coordinate Sanofi interactions and support any consequent commercial negotiations with but not limited to Tender Authorities, Technical Specs Committee members, Tender Agents/ Distributors and Tender issuers related administrative personnel.
Seek new opportunities in both private and public market through analysing current sales data, networking and identification of prospects.
To contribute and liaising with internal key stakeholders for the tendering/contracting process.
Prepare monthly report updating on upon award tenders/ contracts, tenders/ contracts outcomes, any risk area, inventory planning and etc.
Sales Operations and Business Drivers
Working in tandem with commercial team to monitor and report tender competitor activities and strategies; and support in discussion with relevant brand teams to incorporate into the strategic plan.
Ensure all quotations, contracts and price/ supply contracts comply with relevant Acts, legal demand, Sanofi Compliance and ethical standards.
Develop strong understanding of the business in each Tender Account from the decision maker customer’s perspective & therefore be in a primary position to maximise identified business opportunities.
Prepare Contract/Tender submissions according to the Contract/Tender Authority’s requirements in conjunction with the appropriate Commercial Managers and working in sync with Internal Stakeholders.
Facilitate all necessary approvals from relevant associates.
Ensure consistency, accuracy and timeliness of quotations and Contract/Tender submissions.
Support Tender Lead with Tender Submissions and management of contracts with the Tender Authorities for Singapore, Brunei and Malaysia.
Input and maintenance of the tender tool the product information pertinent to support Contract/Tender submissions.
Input and maintenance of the tender tool prior Contract/Tender results, including dates, success status, competitor outcomes and prices to aid submission decision-making.
Record in the tender tool and upkeep/maintenance via internal Sanofi online sites (eCAF, etc) the master records of all commercial agreements.
Using tender tool to derive and plan the timetable for all expected and renewals for tenders.
Evaluate and analyse market dynamics in terms of key promoted and Tender specific business brands within Public and Private Hospitals Channel.
Tender tracking to ensure tender fulfilment.
Strategically plan and implement customer targeting strategies reflecting a detailed analysis of Political, Environmental, Social and Technological issues and trends.
Maintain as the key contact point for both internal and external stakeholders and internal subject matter experts on all aspects of the tender business and RFQs.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on all matters related to tendering and submissions.

Report non-conformance in accordance with the requirements of the sanofi-aventis quality system.
